Pricing and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and inventory displayed on our website is current and accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders when inaccuracies arise.
If the price changes before we process and ship your order, you will be charged the most recent price. Special promotions are subject to change without notice based on availability and eligibility.
Products may sell out quickly after being restocked. We cannot guarantee availability or hold stock. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable before shipment, you will be notified and given options including cancelling with refund.

If you purchase order is taxable in your state, sales tax will be added automatically based on your shipping address and the applicable rates.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed for shipment within 2 business days of confirmed payment and authorization. This may be delayed based on order volume or availability of certain products.
Rush processing is not available at this time. You will receive email notification once your order has shipped with tracking details.
Shipping Methods and Charges
We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from shipment.
Shipping charges are calculated based on order total and will be displayed at checkout based on your address. We may ship items separately if needed to optimize delivery time.
Delivery Issues
Clohoo® Shoes cannot be liable for delivery delays or losses caused by the shipping provider. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with issues or claims of damaged or lost packages. Refunds for shipments delayed more than 14 days may be provided upon request.
You are liable for all shipping and handling charges for orders refused upon delivery without sufficient reason, undeliverable due to no action on your part, or otherwise unsuccessful because of facts unknown to us. Subsequent re-delivery may incur additional fees.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Clohoo® Shoes, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Custom, personalized or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective. Undergarments, for hygienic reasons, are also non-returnable if the protective liners have been removed.
Return Procedure
Email customer service at [email protected] to begin a return. We will provide instructions and arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping costs upon request.
Items should be returned in original, undamaged packaging when possible. Do not write on or damage original tags and labels. All original parts and materials must be returned.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process refunds to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund transaction to complete after the return is processed on our end. Replacements or exchanges will be subject to separate purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any item you purchased arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can determine the best resolution based on the circumstances. We may request photos of damage or defects prior to accepting a return.
In some cases, we may only require you to return the defective portion rather than complete items. We will issue refunds or replacements as warranted upon inspecting returns. Cases of damage caused by the carrier will need to be remedied directly with them.

Creating a Clohoo® Shoes account is optional to complete purchases as a guest. Registration may allow access to promotions, faster checkout and order tracking if desired.
